What is the current status of Uber multidistrict litigation?
In October 2023, the panel on multidistrict litigation ordered consolidation of cases pending Federal Court to be transferred to the Northern District of California as part of MDL 3084.
In an Order from December 6, 2023, Judge Breyer in the Northern District of California named Bret Stanley as one of eleven lawyers across the country to lead the Uber Technologies, Inc., Passenger Sexual Assault Litigation (MDL 3084). This nationwide litigation will pursue justice for potential thousands of Uber riders who have been sexually assaulted by an Uber driver.
